A Few Key Notes

The quantity of tea masala which I will mention in the recipe will last for days making your chai easy and quick.

Add the ginger only when the milk gets warm or else it could curdle your milk.

To get the best flavor of masala chai you have to simmer the milk until you see a thin layer of milk skin on the top and this makes the chai robust or ‘kadak’ as we say in Urdu.

I know that we all have our own ways to make the chai and we have our own masalas to make chai but for making this masala chai ginger is the must ingredients you can omit all the spices but do not omit the ginger
