Hard cooked eggs 1 dozen
Pickles sweet or dill,A.P., small dice 1 qt
Celery small dice 1 qt
Onions chopped fine 4 oz
Pimientoes 17 oz can
Salt to taste
White pepper to taste
Mayonnaise to bind
Method
2. Chop eggs and combine chopped eggs and all other ingredients except egg slices.Mix with mayonnaise to bind.Chill thoroughly.
